European Workshop - Project 'Sustainable seafood value chain'

This project was commissioned by the Good Fish Foundation and Sciaena (Portuguese NGO). In a Masters student consultancy team, we investigated the seafood value chain from fishermen to plate. Besides writing a consultancy report with my peers, I created a short-film and seafood brochure prototype that raises awareness on issues surrounding small-scale fisheries. I led the content team, conducted interviews, and created illustrations for the report and presentations. 


Final products were sent to the clients for purposes of public awareness and are used as informational material for their initiatives. This project allowed me to combine science with art, and gave me a thorough understanding of complex seafood value chains.
